We finished our trip in the north east of Slovenia and central Croatia. The beginnings of winter weather hit us with the first snowfall in Bled, Slovenia and we enjoyed beautiful hikes following this storm. We then went on to enjoy the young college town of Ljubljana and Ptuj. We ended our trip in the Croatian capital of Zagreb.
