Cusco and Lima, Peru 2015

As part of our trip to Peru, we visited Cusco and Lima. The two cities continue to demonstrate the diversity we experienced in Peru. Cusco is located in the Andes at 11,000 ft elevation and is former capital city of the Quechua civilization (commonly known as Inca). Lima is the new capital (established after the Spanish conquered in the 1500's) located at sea level on the Pacific coast and has a population of 8.5 million people!
